Extensive Expertise

Our team has structured and managed numerous successful development and redevelopment projects. Their track record includes: the Valley View Office Building in Durham at South Square, the Manpower Building in Raleigh, Miami North and Campus North Office Parks, the Duron Building, hundreds of acres of planned unit development, redevelopment of 150,000 square feet of historic cotton mill space in Clayton, NC, a master-planned industrial, office and R&D park in Hillsborough, NC; a 95,000 square foot office redevelopment in Cameron Village in Raleigh; the Brownstones Townhomes in Raleigh, Seagate Village in Myrtle Beach, SC, redevelopment of two mostly vacant specialty shopping centers in the Triangle Area, a regional showroom and distribution facility for General Shale Brick in Raleigh and numerous other diverse land and building development projects.

Construction Management

Anthony & Co. more than filled the gap when we performed construction management for such projects as Campus North, Millbrook Collection, Peachtree Market, Lynnwood Collection, Garner Village, Newton Commons, Litchford Village, the Duraleigh Building and Oberlin Place.

Most of these projects were either largely vacant, under-managed or unfinished when Anthony & Co. took over. Our complete range of services were employed to lease, build out, manage, enhance value and then often sell these properties to investors. We have the in-house expertise to get it all done where many of our competitors simply cannot do more than lease, sell or manage a property.

Consulting Services

Anthony & Co. recognizes that our clients require experienced and high quality professional services to assist with the design and evaluation of sites, buildings and lease space to determine how it will suit their needs.
